General Policy: Thank you for shopping with Yoga Vibe Clothing. Since our products are custom-made just for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size/color choices, or similar user errors.

Our Quality Guarantee (Supplier Errors): We stand by our products! If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong product (due to our error), we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

How to Request a Replacement/Refund for Errors:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at customerservice@yogavibeclothing.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, name, and a clear photo or video showing the defect/error.
  3. Resolution: We'll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund (credited to your original payment method).

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items):

We do not accept returns on gift cards.
